Cross Connect 360 Refresh
Creating connections before, during
and long after the show.

Why we exist
We exist to
create connections.
Trade shows, conferences and live events exist so people can meet. A buyer finds a supplier. An organizer brings an industry together. A band meets its audience.
Cross Connect 36002
Our job
Our job is to take care of every moment around it: when the goods cross the border, when the freight is on the road, when the booth comes together at move-in, when the doors open and the floor is full, and when the last crate makes it home.
One team, all the way around your event, so the show goes on.
Why we exist03
The idea behind the dots
Every dot is someone on the show floor
Cross Connect 36004
On our homepage
Dots drift across the screen, and visitors can add their own and draw lines between them. It’s a small picture of what happens at every show we support.
The dots
Exhibitors, buyers, organizers and crews, each arriving from somewhere different.
The lines
The conversations, handshakes and deals that happen once they meet.
The network
It keeps growing long after the booth comes down.

Why it lasts
The show lasts a few days.
The connections last a lifetime.
Every connection made on a show floor starts something: a follow-up call, a first order, a partnership that grows show after show.
Cross Connect 36006
We work the same way with our clients. We’re there before the show, on the floor, and after the last crate is home, ready for the next one.

What the 360 stands for
The full circle around every event
Every event moves through the same five moments. We’re with you through all of them, and when the show is over, we’re already getting ready for the next one.
Cross Connect 36008
Five moments, one team
1Before the showPlan and clear
2On the wayGet to the venue
3Before move-inStaged and secure
4During the showShow-ready
5After the showWrap up and recover
After the show leads straight into planning the next one. That is the full circle, and it is why the connections last.
